Offsite Support
Yellowcase provides remote desktop support services via Teamviewer and phone. Make sure you have the latest version of Teamviewer installed so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently. Teamviewer is secure and easy to use. You must provide us with your user ID and password at the time of the call. Please note that the password is temporary and we will not have access to your computer without your authorization.
