One-on-One

Sometimes you need specialized help for specific issues. One-on-One support will provide the attention and personalized service you need eliminating frustration by listening to your individual needs one step at a time. Every one-on-one session is designed to resolve any problems you might be having and provide solutions tailored to your needs and personal workflow.

Pricing

One-one-One sessions are priced at $115 per hour for non-members and as little as $70 per hour for yellowcase members. A two (2) hour minimum applies.

Services

Yellowcase provides support for all Apple products, most imaging software and workflow support for imaging professionals. Whether it’s a simple problem with you iMac, a need to clarify software features with your iPad, or a demanding professional wanting to improve digital imaging workflow for advanced image capture and editing to print, Yellowcase has an answer for you.

Scheduling

You can reserve a time via email or by phone to schedule a one-on-one appointment during business hours. Currently Yellowcase offers this service to south Florida customers only. A two (2) hour minimum appointment is required. A travel fee of $50/hr is added for all appointments outside of the Miami area.

Training vs Tech Support

Yellowcase provides both training and tech support services. More often than not, most calls to service are made to resolve issues. These are considered tech support services and provide little training. Yellowcase is there to solve tech issues that let you get back to work fast. Should you wish to be trained in any of the software that we support, please consider registering for one of our workshop classes that we provide, or let us know you wish one-on-one training services along with your tech support.
